Dear Secretaries,
As foreshadowed in the December 2024 Executive Update, a working group was established to help us adopt a new constitution that complies with the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 so that we can continue as an incorporated society.
Although we are up against significant time constraints, the Executive is keen that members have time to consider and give feedback on the new constitution and has tasked the working group with leading that consultation process. Accordingly, attached to this email is:

- An outline of the requirements for the new constitution and the consultation process, and a request for feedback.
- A consultation draft constitution; and
- A table explaining proposed changes from the current constitution.
